Ingenium’s latest Smart Choice cohort are joined today by guest speaker Lavinia Ryan of VHI Healthcare.  Lavinia is Corporate Business Manager with VHI Healthcare, currently leading a team to deliver world-class health, wellness & lifestyle protection to corporate customers with a strategic vision to meeting company objectives, supporting people strategy, and enhance company performance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick, a master’s in business Strategy & Marketing Management with TUS, and is currently studying for her Ph.D. Research Postgrad at TUS. Lavinia’s personal passion is to continue to be a leader of change in business and the community through innovative thinking.

In addition to Lavinia’s position as Corporate Business Manager, she also holds the following voluntary positions: Chairperson Midwest CIPD, sits on the Board of Directors Limerick Mental Health Association, and Limerick Chamber. Lavinia supports the participant’s previous learning experience by sharing industry experience and bringing their learning to life.
