- Conduct BU Leaders ‘Leading Safe Choice’ program to help them lead themselves through change.
- Involve BU Leaders and Safety professionals in co-creation of engaging BU content Build Leaders Community of Practice to bring desired Safety Culture to life.
- Build project plan and work breakdown structure to deliver the program.
3. Co-Creation of Content
- Co-create examples and practical engaging content based on real world experience with supervisors and workers.
- Build content that can be run in multiple languages and formats (including virtual).
