1. Executive Leadership Commitment

  • Conduct ‘Leading Safe Choice‘ workshop for Executives.
  • Build Leadership Charter for Safe Choice aligned with the client Safety Strategy and Core Values.
  • Establish clear governance and sponsor support for Safe Choice.
  • Build Executive personal safety plan.

2. Business Unit Engagement

  • Conduct BU Leaders ‘Leading Safe Choice’ program to help them lead themselves through change.
  • Involve BU Leaders and Safety professionals in co-creation of engaging BU content Build Leaders Community of Practice to bring desired Safety Culture to life.
  • Build project plan and work breakdown structure to deliver the program.

3. Co-Creation of Content

  • Co-create examples and practical engaging content based on real world experience with supervisors and workers.
  • Build content that can be run in multiple languages and formats (including virtual).
  • Design a program to change the culture not just communicate the concepts.

4. Capacity Growth

  • Building the internal capability to run the Safe Choice program.
  • Strategic coaching for leaders to lead the program.
  • Providing high impact virtual learning to support the organisation

5. Program Sustainment

  • Provide on going transformational change coaching to BU Leaders and Safety Professionals.
  • Build a Community of Practice for Safe Choice practitioners and Leaders to support ongoing local content.
