Leadership & Behavioural Competency Framework
Linked to our client’s mission, vision, values, and strategy, we develop tailored competency frameworks that outline and benchmark the core KSAB (knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours) competencies required for effective leadership in the organisation, together with competency proficiency levels aligned with the job architecture framework, designed to enable focused leadership development.
Job Architecture, Evaluation & Assessment
Development of job architecture to create the infrastructure framework of roles within the organisation to identify the level and type of work performed, incorporating role functions, job families, job evaluation within a defined grading structure, enabling a ‘Unique Role Identifier (URI) to codify all assessed roles with signposting to grades, compensation, benefits, and competencies. All system and digital solutions required to accommodate data migration carried out by Ingenium.
Compensation & Benefits
We design and implement sector-specific employee compensation & benefit programs based on our clients’ needs and goals, incorporating primary research benchmarking data across selected grades, measuring salaries, benefits, and incentives for new and existing roles, including international inter-company transfer considerations.
