Ingenium welcomes leaders for Smart Choice Online

Ingenium this week welcomed another cohort of leadership students to Smart Choice. Smart Choice is an online personal and organisational growth programme where participants learn to become the leaders they want to be and that their organisation needs them to be. This week we welcomed CEOs, directors, and future leaders from multinational organisations across the globe ready to start their learning journey with Ingenium. This group can expect engaging and challenging learning materials from senior Ingenium consultants as well as the insights from a number of guest speakers; previous guest speakers on the programme include Mary Harney, former Tánaiste and current Chancellor of UL, Donnacha O’Callaghan, former international rugby player and Marie Gleeson, the first female commander in the navy. This group will join over 350 other Smart Choice Alumni.

The Smart Choice programme consists of three core blocks tailored to accelerate your learning, regardless of where you are at in your personal and organisational growth. Each core block contains three sub-modules and a guest speaker selected specifically to support these modules through their own practical and professional experience.

Smart Choice is rich in academic principle and practice and on completion participants receive a certificate from the University of Limerick.
