Safety for All – Collen Construction

On the 24th of May we had the privilege of co-hosting a ‘Safety for All’ seminar evening for Collen Construction at Croke Park in Dublin, with 160 of Collen’s key supply chain. Hugh O’Donnell delivered a powerful and inspiring presentation on the importance of safety in all aspects of ones’ life.

The purpose of this seminar was to create a new paradigm in peoples’ beliefs and behaviours in safety—that nobody gets hurt. Using Ingenium’s P4 Safety Leadership model, the collaboration provided an opportunity for all attendees to exchange their vast experience and knowledge in achieving Collen’s vision for safety.
